WE SHIP ALL OVER MALAYSIA !
All orders are dispatched on the same day if ordered before 2 pm Malaysian time or next working day if after 2 pm Malaysian time (Monday – Friday). However if due to any unforeseen circumstances we are not able to dispatch the same day (before 2 pm Malaysian time), we will do our level best to dispatch it next working day. We use DHL to deliver all orders within Peninsula Malaysia and POSLAJU for East Malaysia. Once the order is dispatched, we will email our consumer the tracking number.
Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays.
Being consumers ourselves, we understand the unwillingness to pay much for shipping. So we are Organicule have decided to subsidize the shipping rate for our consumers making our products more affordable. We are offering flat shipping rates to our consumers.
All orders within peninsular Malaysia pay a flat shipping rate of RM 5 and all orders from east Malaysia pays a flat rate of RM 10. We are also offering FREE shipping for all orders over RM 100 to show our appreciation.
DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS
A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 working days. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.
We cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage incurred by a customer due to delayed or lack of delivery of goods regardless of the method of delivery.
If you’re not in: If you are not present at the time of delivery, a delivery note will be left asking you to contact the courier directly in order to arrange re-delivery at a convenient time or pick it up in person from the specified location.
WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
