Delivery Information

WE SHIP ALL OVER MALAYSIA & SINGAPORE!

All orders are dispatched on the same day to the courier company, if ordered before 1 pm Malaysian time or next working day if after 1 pm Malaysian time (Monday – Friday). However if due to any unforeseen circumstances we are not able to dispatch the same day to the courier company (before 1 pm Malaysian time), we will do our level best to dispatch it next working day. We use DHL to deliver all orders within Peninsula Malaysia, POSLAJU for East Malaysia and NINJAVAN for Singapore. Once the order is dispatched, we will email our consumer the tracking number. Please note that for Singapore, we are unable to process any orders that contain Hemp Hearts or Hemp Protein as Singapore does not allow the importation of these 2 products.

 

WEEKEND ORDERS

Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays.

 

SHIPPING RATES

Being consumers ourselves, we understand the unwillingness to pay much for shipping. So we are Organicule have decided to subsidize the shipping rate for our consumers making our products more affordable. We are offering flat shipping rates to our consumers. Our small way of saying thank you!

For Malaysia, we are also offering FREE shipping for all orders over RM 100. For orders below RM 100, we are charging a flat shipping rate of RM 5 within peninsular Malaysia and RM 10 for east Malaysia. For Singapore, we are offering FREE shipping for all orders above RM 150. For orders below RM 150, we are charging a flat shipping rate of RM 15.

 

DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS

A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 working days. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.

We cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage incurred by a customer due to delayed or lack of delivery of goods regardless of the method of delivery.

If you’re not in: If you are not present at the time of delivery, a delivery note will be left asking you to contact the courier directly in order to arrange re-delivery at a convenient time or pick it up in person from the specified location.

 

WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
