Dates are an incredibly versatile fruit. They can be eaten off the branch, dried, stuffed and even blended. They’re naturally very sweet, high in fibre, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. Nature’s perfect bite-sized dessert.
One of the easiest ways to enjoy dates, especially for busy people on the go, is to stuff them. There are many options to stuff your dates with, but nut and seed butters are a sure bet. Almond, peanut, cashew, sesame (tahini), sunflower seed butter, etc.
Next are the toppings:
- Cacao Nibs
- Shredded coconut
- Hemp Hearts
- Sea salt
- Cacao powder
- Ground cinnamon

Cacao Nib Stuffed Dates
Serving Size: 1
Time: 2 minutes
- 2-3 soft Dates (if dates are firm, soak in water for a few minutes)
- 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
- 1-2 Tbsp Organicule Cacao Nibs
- Cut date lengthwise
- Remove pit
- Fill with nut/seed butter
- Sprinkle cacao nibs over nut/seed butter
