With the sun out and about, we decided to compliment the tangy flavours and nutritious benefits of Baobab with something cool, refreshing and super easy to whip up, taking no longer than 5 minutes of your time.
1/2 cup of any yoghurt you like
Generous 1/2 cup of frozen raspberries (or experiment with any frozen fruit to your liking)
1tbsp Organicule Superfoods Baobab Powder
1/2tbsp of sweetener (honey, agave, maple syrup etc. etc)
Blitz all the ingredients together in blender and serve immediately.
